Peter Henderson, President & Chief Experience Officer, Ideovation
Peter is a futuristic connector of people, business and ideas. He has predicted many food trends before they happened, included the current plant-powered food movement sweeping the foodservice industry. As President of Ideovation, Peter specializes in bringing agriculture, food and foodservice business leaders and innovators together to discuss complex subjects, and help participants design new business and brand strategies for success. He has hosted future of foodservice and food forums, chaired a CEO peer group, moderated dozens of panels on foodservice, food, innovation and sustainability, and built hundreds of profitable food brands, products and categories. Together with his team and industry collaborators he is currently leading the production of the Global Summit Plant-Powered Menus. Prior to starting Ideovation in 2011, Peter held various brand and business building roles with McCain, Nestle, Borden Catelli, Lynch Foods and the Government of British Columbia.
